A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package, opening process, and product condition is mandatory for any such request; claims without valid video proof or raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained. Used, altered, or mishandled products are not eligible. Shipping charges are non-refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our end, and approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
